Division has functional and ultrasound diagnostics as well as cardiac monitoring control units.

Women at early, medium and late pregnancy with various obstetric and extragenital pathologies are observed in the division:

Preeclampsia
Placental insufficiency
Fetal hypoxia and hypotrophy
Threatened miscarriage and premature birth
Diseases of urinary excretion systems
Endocrine pathology: diabetes, hypo- and hyperthyroidism
Uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors
Diagnostics and treatment of arterial hypertension of various genesis is performed under the monitoring control of arterial pressure and frequency of heart rate (chronodiagnostics, chronotherapy).

The division has gained considerable experience in preventive maintenance of complications of pregnancy for women with induced pregnancy, pregnancy after IVF, with controlled ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, with isthmic-cervical insufficiency (if necessary a surgical correction on cervix is performed between 13 and 18 weeks of pregnancy.)
