The Office of Andrology and Endocrinology of the RCMCHP provides consultation and treatment to pregnant women with accompanying endocrine pathology (diabetes, thyrotoxicosis, hypothyroidism, adiposity etc.), and also infertile couples, suffering from different forms of infringement of spermatogenesis. Endocrine patients are observed throughout the whole period of pregnancy and delivery. Hospitalization in the unit of high risk pregnancy of the Center is made if necessary. The indicators  of perinatal morbidity dramatically improve thanks to such tactic of managing pregnant women with diabetes.

On the problem of man's infertility the office provides treatment within frameworks of multicenter programs of Human Reproduction by WHO.
